Payment Policy:

I accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover. I will also accept money orders and checks from those with whom I have spoken and approved. Orders that are paid by check or money order will not be started until funds are cleared.

Shipping Policy:

Every effort will be made to ship your items as soon as possible after your order is placed, usually within 2 to 5 business days. As all items at Angies Embroidery & Gifts are custom made, time is required to produce the item and depending on order volume or quantity ordered your shipment may take a bit longer. I ship UPS or Federal Express in order to provide the customer a tracking number. Charges for shipping will be provided when order is placed. Return Policy:

I take great pride in the work I do and make every effort to make the items as perfect as possible. Please make sure the names are spelled correctly and initials are in the correct order. This is what I go by and can not be responsible for mistakes made by the customer. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact me to discuss the issue. If there are no defects in the product and the personalization is correct the item can not be returned. A copy of the invoice is necessary for all claims. All claims for damage must be made by the purchaser to carrier
